It all started when…

We wanted to go beyond our traditional holiday blanket drive and support another non-profit in a bigger way. One of our generous corporate sponsors gifted us extra funds, and instead of keeping it small, we decided to make a real impact.

That’s when the Holly Jolly Cheer Grant was born — a special seasonal grant designed to support a deserving non-profit in the High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and surrounding areas.

We're thrilled to bring it back and continue spreading cheer in our community this holiday season!

We're awarding our Holly Jolly Cheer Grant to one qualifying non-profit organization in the Piedmont Triad area.

📅 Application Deadline: December 1, 2025
📢 Winners Announced: December 5th, 2025

✅ Grant Application Criteria:

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) organization in good standing with the IRS

  • Have a mailing address within 25 miles of the Piedmont Triad, NC area

  • Use funds to benefit individuals/communities within 25 miles of High Point, NC

  • Identify measurable program goals and agree to submit results to Cover the City Project

📄 Application Packet Must Include:

  1. A copy of your 501(c)(3) Determination Letter

  2. A 1-page Word document outlining the amount requested and how the funds will be used

  3. (Optional) One brochure or pamphlet about your organization

  4. Your website and social media links
